This Privacy Policy explains how Suitbl, Inc. (Suitbl, SmartPitch, we, us, or our) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, apps, and services (collectively, the Services).

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Services.

We collect information in three ways: you provide it to us, we collect it automatically when you use the Services, and we receive it from third parties (including social platforms) when you connect accounts or authorize access.

A. Information you provide

• Account information: name, email, password or SSO identifier, organization or role.
• Profile information: creator profile details you choose to provide, such as bio, niche, location, preferences.
• Brand and CRM information: brands you add, contacts, notes, deal terms you choose to store, and related communications metadata.
• Support communications: messages you send to customer support.

B. Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages or screens viewed, timestamps, and interaction logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, security, analytics, and product functionality. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

C. Information from connected social platforms

If you choose to connect a social account or authorize a business integration, we may receive and process information made available through that platform APIs, subject to your permissions and the platform policies.

For Meta platforms, this may include, depending on authorization and available scopes:

• Account identifiers: Instagram and Facebook page or account IDs, usernames or handles.
• Public profile and insights: follower counts, engagement metrics, audience demographics or region in aggregate, and related insights.
• Content signals and partnership indicators: metadata about posts or reels marked with paid partnership labels and associated business partners where available via API.
• Business account context: business and asset identifiers required to access certain business features.

We do not collect your private messages or content unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it and the platform provides it via API, and we will disclose that at the time of enablement.

3. How we use information

• Provide and operate the Services, including authentication and core functionality.
• Power SmartPitch features, including enrichment, matching, benchmarks, and pitch suggestions.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including debugging, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate with you, including service notices, support responses, and onboarding.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where required, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, databases, analytics, and support tools, under contractual protections.
• With your direction, such as when you choose to export or share content.
• Compliance and safety, including legal requests and preventing fraud or security incidents.
• Business transfers, such as merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, with notice where required.

Platform policy compliance

When we receive platform data, we handle, store, and use it consistent with applicable platform terms and policies. We do not use platform data for unauthorized surveillance, scraping, or to build profiles unrelated to user directed functionality of our Services.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Connected platform tokens are retained while you keep the integration enabled and may be refreshed securely.
• We may retain limited logs for security and reliability.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object, restrict processing, or withdraw consent. You can disconnect a connected social account in your settings to stop future API pulls. Previously stored data may remain unless you request deletion, subject to platform policy and legal requirements.

8. Data deletion instructions

You may request deletion of data we received from Meta platforms and or deletion of your Suitbl account by:

1. Emailing us at info@suitbl.com with subject line Data Deletion Request, and including the email address associated with your Suitbl account and the connected Instagram or Facebook handle or handles you want deleted if applicable.
2. Or using our in app deletion workflow at /settings/privacy if available in your account.

We will verify your request and delete or anonymize the requested data in accordance with applicable law and platform policies. Certain data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.

9. Security

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, restricted access controls, secure credential and token handling, and logging and monitoring for abuse. No method of transmission or storage is one hundred percent secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. International data transfers

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross border transfers.

11. Children privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 or under the age defined by local law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Automated recommendations and profiling

SmartPitch may generate recommendations using automated processing of account and platform provided signals. These outputs are intended to assist users and are not legal, financial, or employment decisions. You can review and override suggestions in the product.

13. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, remembering preferences, and analytics to improve performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not function without cookies.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
